Avoid beauty filters and screenshots. For memorial pieces, share the clearest photos you have and we can discuss what is possible.

Are these photographs of finished products?
No. The illustrations communicate possible product directions. Actual materials, finishes and samples will be shown once a maker and product specification are confirmed.
Can I request more than one pet?
You can describe multiple pets in your enquiry. Feasibility, design options and any extra cost must be confirmed for the specific piece.
How much will it cost, and how long will it take?
Prices, production times, shipping destinations and delivery charges are not finalised. A complete quote would need to be agreed before payment.
Can I approve or change the design?
Preview and revision options vary by craft. We will need to agree the approval stage, included revisions and any change fees before an order is accepted.
